My client, a leading freight forwarder, is seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives to join their growing team with various shift options including Days, Nights, and a 4 ON 4 OFF schedule.
The role involves loading and unloading vehicles, picking and packing goods, processing imports and exports, breaking down pallets, checking freight, and potentially driving a forklift, for which training can be provided.
Candidates should preferably have a forklift license, be PC literate, have a 5-year checkable history or DBS check, and ideally possess freight or cargo experience.
Working hours include Monday-Friday from 09:00-18:00, and 4 ON 4 OFF shifts from 18:00-06:00 or 06:00-18:00.
The salary ranges from £24,000 to £30,000 depending on shift and experience, with additional overtime and benefits.

Duties would include:

Loading & unloading vehicles
Picking & packing of goods
Processing imports and exports within the warehouse
Breaking down of pallets
Checking freight
Forklift truck driving- training can be provided
Working towards tight deadlines

Skills required:

Forklift license- preferred
Pc literate
5 year checkable history / DBS check
Freight/ cargo experience- ideally

Working hours available:

Monday- Friday 09:00-18:00
4 on 4 off 18:00-06:00
4 on off 06:00-18:00

Salary range:

Depending on shift and experience £24-30k plus overtime and benefits!
