Our client, a leading player in the freight industry, is currently seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Warehouse/Forklift Operator on a permanent basis. This role is night shifts only. This is your chance to be a part of a dynamic organisation and make a significant impact on their operations.Benefits * Competitive salary of up to £34k * Over time offered - Time and a half paid * Monday- Friday 20.00pm - 06.00am - NIGHT SHIFT* 20 days holiday + bank holidays * On-site Parking * Pension * Great working environment in a growing companyKey Responsibilities:* Complete all warehousing duties to an efficient standard.* Maintain a good level of security within warehouses.* Complete all paperwork efficiently and compliantly.* Complete screening paperwork to a compliant standard.* Ensure training is completed at appropriate timescales.* Complete general warehouse tasks including loading and unloading, booking in freight, and labelling freight.* Follow all internal procedures to ensure compliance to health & safety, dangerous goods, aviation security, temperature-controlled freight and high-value freight.* Perform any other duties required for the appropriate operation of services.Qualifications and Skills:* FLK - Counter balance or Reach* Ability to manually handle freight of up to 25kg.* Effective communication skills with colleagues and customers.* Good attention to detail.* Flexibility in working hours.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the freight industry.
