We are seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our team in a perishable warehouse facility in Slough.
Candidates should be physically fit, able to work in a cold environment, and have a strong work ethic.
The role involves handling large quantities of chilled goods and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred, and the salary is competitive based on experience.
Shift patterns include 4 days on, 4 days off, with benefits such as 22.5 days of holiday and private medical insurance after one year.

We’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join a great team in a busy perishable warehouse facility based in Slough. If you’re physically fit, comfortable working in a cold environment, and enjoy hands-on work, this could be the perfect role for you!

What you’ll be doing:

Handling and moving large quantities of cartons, including chilled fish, meat, fruit, and vegetables.
Working in a cold warehouse environment (temperature +6°C).
Assisting with stock control, packing, and general warehouse duties.
Ensuring all health & safety and hygiene standards are met.
Supporting the team to maintain efficiency in a fast-moving environment.

Strong work ethic and reliability.
Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Must pass a full 5-year background check (all employment gaps must be covered).

Day shift: 4 days on, 4 days off, 07:00 - 19:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch).
Night shift: 4 days on, 4 days off, 19:00 - 07:00 (1-hour unpaid break).
