Due to Continued Growth and Development, Premier Recruit are currently looking for Two Out of Hours Support coordinators / Administrators to join our team and work within one of the UK's largest independent Water and Wastewater Service Companies at their Customer Solutions Centre based in Slough. The role will be working within the Utilities Division supporting the Thames Water Contract to deliver real and effective solutions. You will play a key role as part of a small team providing essential out of hours services for Customers as well as providing our Engineers with timely allocation of works in line with our service level agreements that have been set by Thames Water.

Please note; These roles are night working positions and the hours of work will be from 7pm through to 7am and will work on a 4 on 4 off rota. if you are unsure how this works you can call me at the number below during office hours to discuss before submitting your application. Also these positions are a 12 week temporary to permanent arrangement and following the initial 12 week temporary period this will become full time employment if successful.

The ideal candidate for this role will need to be capable of working efficiently supporting the team, Customers, Engineers and Field Managers. You must be able to take initiative with their workload and manage their time effectively within the various day to day tasks. This role will require you to work as part of the team and assist with Customer Service and telephone call backs Also, you will need to have high attention to detail, and be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Duties to Include (But Not Limited To)
  • Ensuring Work is ready and despatched to Engineers to deliver on Customer promises and meet Service level agreements (SLA)
  • Ensure that Engineers arrive to priority emergency works within specified timeframes and further support Engineers to ensure the outcome of the visit is successful
  • Provide updates to customers throughout the process via call backs
  • Monitor centralised internal emails for any escalation works
  • Ensure detailed handovers are given to colleagues to continue with the streamlined approach for service delivery throughout the daytime

  • Multi Task, prioritise, work well under pressure and on your own initiative
  • Have the ability to deal with people at different levels.
  • Excellent computer skills with experience of Microsoft products
The hourly rate for the first 12 weeks work will be £13.80 per hour
