Due to a period of continuous growth our client are seeking two qualified / experienced mobile service and maintenance engineers .
Our client embraces the latest sustainable ammonia refrigeration technology and standard F Gas systems.

Key outcomes & responsibilities:
· Carry out, service, repair, and maintenance visits to various sites, to ensure our client’s equipment is functioning safely as per design and contractual conditions, meeting business and customer requirements.
· Suggest options for improving performance and energy saving methods at the conclusion of site visits, to optimise performance and offer cost savings to benefit the business and our customers.
· Respond to unplanned breakdown calls on a rotational call out basis, to ensure delivery of timely service and excellent customer service.

· The identification and procurement of spare parts to resolve the cause of breakdowns, ensuring equipment is back up and running quickly and identifying any common issues which can be addressed and prevented in the future. This may involve attending sites out of hours and working alone.
· Attend sites to oversee and assist in contract installation work, ensuring processes are followed correctly and quality and health and safety requirements are being met.
· Carry out day-to-day management of sub-contractors, supervising them to make sure that all quality standards are adhered to.
· Attend meetings on behalf of the company on occasion, to represent us and to advise using technical expertise as required.
· Attend site with Group colleagues to assist with mechanical installation work when required, to support them in the effective delivery of their service and to ensure the same high level of standard and customer service is maintained.
· Make sure reporting paperwork is completed daily to maintain compliance with quality standard and Health and Safety requirements, which may be used for inspection/ auditing purposes.

Skills, knowledge, and experience:
Essential
· Highly skilled and with a minimum of 5 years’ experience of Refrigeration service and repair
· F-Gas refrigerant handling qualification.
· Electrical qualification
· Electrical fault finding
· Conversant with current Health and Safety requirements.
· Ability to work alone and unsupervised
· Ability to work under pressure
· Full UK driving license
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Experiencing of working in isolation, unsupervised and as part of a wider team

Desirable
· Ammonia handling qualifications.
· Experience of refrigeration control systems RDM, Telstar etc.
· Forklift License
· MEWP license
· Manual Handling
· Confined Space working
· First Aid
· Prepared to travel throughout the UK and abroad if required.
