We are currently seeking Paramedics and Nurses with assessment streaming and triage experience to join our team and support A&E departments in Sandwell, Dudley, and Walsall within the Midlands.

- Role Requirements:
- Paramedics or Nurses with experience in assessment streaming and triage within A&E departments.
- NMC pin required.
- Act as part of the Urgent Care team, supporting and enhancing the Emergency Department Service Delivery.
- Liaise with colleagues and provide effective multidisciplinary team working within the organisation.
- Provide care and advice to service users using clinical assessment skills and evidence-based practice to deliver timely and effective treatment.
- Act within agreed protocols, guided by organisational policies and within the scope of professional practice.
- Work under indirect supervision, accessing team knowledge and skills as needed.
- Offer flexibility and commitment to the team and work across a diverse range of shift patterns to support service delivery.
- Ensure safeguarding and infection control protocols are adhered to.
- Competitive Pay Rates:
- Weekdays: £28 per hour
- Weekends: £30 per hour
- Flexible Sessions: Shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours, available 7 days a week
- Advanced Rotas: Rotas provided 2 months in advance, with block booking opportunities once established
