PPRESS BRAKE SETTER
MONDAY - FRIDAY: 06:00 - 14:00
£13.50 PER HOUR
People Solutions are currently looking for a Press Brake Setter on behalf of our client based in West Bromwich.
The Press Brake Operator will be working with a large manufacturing client.
You will be responsible for setting up and operating a press brake machine to bend, form, and shape sheet metal into various components.
Working hours will initially be Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00, and the starting hourly rate will be from £13.50, depending on experience.
Press Brake Setters may also be required to occasionally rotate to the 14:00 - 22:00 shift, which would attract a shift allowance.

Day to Day Duties
Duties of the Press Brake Setter will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
- Set, adjust and operate the press brake machine as required for each job
- Read and interpret drawings
- Perform routine maintenance on press brake machine
- Any other reasonable task as per Manager/Supervisor request
Essential Skills
Applicants for this position must have the following:
- Previous experience as a Press Brake Setter
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience with sheet metal fabrication is desirable but not essential
Training
- Full training on company policies and procedures provided by the client
