About your role

* Lead all planned and reactive maintenance across the contract being the go to contact with all mechanical aspects and queries.
* Manage contractual compliance from a mechanical standpoint across the contract
* Review, manage and control mechanical processes
* Working with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure conformance to budget
* Working closely with the on-site management team and relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels
* Working to increase the performance of the contract across all areas

About you

* Technically qualified in Mechanical engineering at HNC, equivalent or above
* Experience of managing PFI contracts - within the healthcare sector ideally
* Commercially astute
* Accustomed to being the lead Mechanical contact on a contract
* Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
* Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
* Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues

Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.

This role is based on site in Birmingham.
