- Works with department heads and other key stakeholders to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Utilize things like survey, interviews and performance data to determine training requirements.
- Design and develop comprehensive L&D programs, including onboarding, technical training, leadership development, and soft skills enhancement.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve L&D initiatives.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives by identifying high-potential employees and creating personalized development plans.
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and optimal use of resources.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in learning and development, with a proven track record in designing and delivering successful training programs.
- Experience in GAP analysis is key
- Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve training effectiveness.
