Full time hrs on a temporary basis

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding legislative frameworks, safeguarding, and data protection

  • Acting as the first point of contact for adult social care enquiries

  • Undertaking initial assessments to determine appropriate responses

  • Processing correspondence and assessments

  • Using AI to support assessments and decision-making

  • Booking appointments and notifying customers

  • Conducting market research to improve service delivery

  • Promoting good practices and maintaining a customer-focused culture

  • Managing a workload of vulnerable individuals and ensuring accurate case records

  • Liaising with service providers and partner agencies

  • Completing and updating electronic records and databases

  • Maintaining confidentiality and acting within your knowledge, skills, and experience

  • Communicating effectively with service users and practitioners

  • Presenting a professional image and processing financial transactions

  • Identifying process improvements and contributing to new procedures

     Responsible for identifying process improvements and contributing to the implementation of new procedures, developments and working methods, including updating and guidance manuals and briefing team members
