Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled or time-served Moulder/Coremaker to join our track moulding section. This role is perfect for someone experienced in the production of moulds or cores within an airset sand system environment. If you have a strong background in mechanised track or floor moulding and are proficient with continuous sand mixers, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mould Production: Create high-quality moulds and cores using an airset sand system, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Assembly & Closure: Assemble, close, and finish moulds accurately and efficiently.
- Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain a continuous sand mixer, adjusting for production needs.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, ensuring that each meets required standards.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced Professional: Previous experience with airset sand moulding systems and mechanised track or floor moulding is highly preferred.
- Hands-On Skills: Proficient in assembling, closing, and producing complex moulds.
- Attention to Detail: Able to work with precision and quality-focused in every step of the process.
- Preferred Background: Candidates with airset sand system experience are highly preferred. (Experience limited to shell moulding is not suitable due to process differences.)
