An exciting opportunity has a risen for our client in the Smethwick area, they are looking for an Internal Sales person to join their sales team due to continued business growth!
Benefits:
- Salary up to 30,000
- Monday to Friday 9-00am- 5-00pm

Duties and experience:
- Handling enquiries & quoting customers
- Organising shipping of orders to UK & Ireland customers
- Generate new customers.
- Follow up on warm leads and lapsed clients
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing an exceptional service.
- Processing customer orders ( SAGE Software)
- General administration
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding time management with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Excellent communicator & interpersonal skills
