Are you a Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a Primary School? We are recruiting a SEND TA for one of our partner schools in Quinton, they require someone on a full-time basis who can start immediately and continue with them until at least May Half Term.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Supporting pupils with SEND on a 1:1 and in small groups
- Delivering targeted interventions
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Providing tailored support to pupils
- Helping children develop confidence, independence, and social skills
- Managing behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment
- Working collaboratively with teachers and SENCO to adapt learning strategies
Required Skills and Experience:
- Teaching Assistant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
- Experience working in a Primary School setting
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, particularly in Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
- Passionate about providing a high level of SEND support
