I have a roleto support the People Director and manage their ER cases.

What will this role give to you:

  • Variety, keep your hand in, keep your HR skills up to date

  • Experience of a new sector perhaps

  • The opportunity to prove you can hit the ground running and adapt very quickly & get results

On a day-to-day basis as a HR Advisor you will -

  • Develop relationships with line managers

  • Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on following best practice, processes and procedures - help them become stronger managers.

  • Manage a high number of cases ranging from first line to complex cases to tribunal level. These could be around - disciplinary, grievance, absence, lateness, performance

  • Keep up to date with employment legislation, implement any changes to policies and procedures as required
