Legionella Risk Assessor

Location: Wolverhampton

Salary: 32,000 - 36,000 + Benefits (D.O.E.)

A well-established environmental company is seeking an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor based in the Midlands. While work is primarily in the Midlands, candidates must be willing to travel nationally when required. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and hold an industry-recognized qualification.

Key tasks for this Legionella Risk Assessor position will include:
- Conducting Legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 guidelines
- Compiling schematic drawings and producing final documents for clients/customers
- Performing monthly temperature testing, water sampling, and analysis of collected information
- Working on a variety of properties, including commercial and industrial
- Surveying water systems and supplies as per ACOP L8
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the company's diverse portfolio of clients

Experience required for this Legionella Risk Assessor position includes:
- A full UK driving license
- Previous experience conducting L8 risk assessments within the water treatment/hygiene industry
- Good working knowledge of commercial water systems, supplies, and water regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A strong team player with a positive work ethic

Salary and Benefits:
- 32,000 - 36,000 per annum (depending on experience)
