An innovative, forward-thinking Property Consultancy is looking to add a new Quantity Surveyor to their Birmingham team, providing cutting edge services from concept to build and beyond.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
As Birmingham's newest Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients at each stage of the planning process. As you assist in realizing the goals of clients, your work will entail coordinating procurement, managing expenditures, and making sure that projects remain under budget.
You'll work in a collaborative atmosphere with a group of dynamic industry experts that value your experience. You'll work on sustainability initiatives and support the expansion and improvement of the team. The successful Quantity Surveyor will benefit from a variety & exciting pipeline of projects across the Education, Commercial, Residential, Heritage & Conservation, Healthcare and Government sectors.

The Quantity Surveyor
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
- BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
- MRICS ideally or currently working towards APC
- Experience in conventional construction projects (Industrial, Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Education)
