Their team prides themselves on professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service. We are looking for an organised and proactive Estate Agency Administrator to support their team and ensure the smooth running of the office operations.As an Estate Agency Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales and lettings team, ensuring all paperwork is handled efficiently and professionally. You will play a key role in customer service, liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders, ensuring a seamless property transaction process.Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Preparing property listings, including writing descriptions and uploading photos to property portals and the agency website.
  • Managing office diaries, scheduling viewings, valuations, and appointments.
  • Preparing and processing property paperwork, including sales and tenancy agreements.
  • Assisting with marketing activities, including social media updates and promotional materials.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant property regulations and legislation.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases for properties, clients, and contracts.
  • Supporting the team with general administrative tasks and office management duties.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an estate agency or property environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with property CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
