HOURS: 8am - 4pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 3.30pm Friday
START: ASAP - Willing to wait notice
SALARY: £29000
CONTRACT: Temporary to Permanent
LOCATION: Birmingham

Main Duties:
- First point of contact
- Trips reconciliation
- E-mailing orders to suppliers
- Payment of Invoices
- Sending out bacs remittances
- Dealing with payment queries
- Reconciling supplier statements / expenses
- Printing of Budget Manager reports as required
- Processing of expenses
- Credit card transactions coding and reconciliation
- Checking finance e-mail account daily and clearing
- Assist with the preparation of the budget pack for Budget Managers
- Assisting the Finance Officer with the preparation of both month and year end file
- Chasing of debtor invoicing debt
Requirements:
- High attention to detail
- Strong IT skills, experience MS Office packages including Excel
- Experience on Sage
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organisation
- Able to prioritise tasks, meeting tight deadlines
