Underpinning this, is the consistent teaching of people skills, and guidance to assist children develop their social, emotional, and personal abilities. This SEMH provision boasts fantastic sports facilities and offers opportunities both inside and outside of lessons to promote student engagement, helping their young people to flourish both academically and personally.

The Head Teacher is looking to take on a driven Biology Teacher with SEMH experience from September for the full academic year. This will lead to a permanent position for the right English Teacher with SEMH experience. The successful English Teacher with SEMH experience will be working across both Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, including exam preparation for GCSE’s. The role will be paramount in helping students achieve excellent results, whilst following and implementing the schemes of learning.

The successful English Teacher with SEMH experience will have:

  • QTS with Biology specialism (ECT’s are welcome to apply)
  • Experience teaching Biology up to Key Stage 3/ KS4
  • SEMH experience
  • Excellent classroom management
