About the Role:

Full-time, temporary SEN Teaching Assistant role providing 1:1 support to an EYFS pupil in Selly Oak, Birmingham.
Support the pupil's individual learning needs, helping them to engage with activities and progress in the classroom.
Work closely with the class teacher and other professionals to develop tailored learning strategies.
Provide assistance to the pupil both within and outside of the classroom environment.
Create a supportive and encouraging learning atmosphere that helps build the pupil's confidence and motivation.

About You:

For this role, you will need:

Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant providing 1:1 support for children with special educational needs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach to suit the individual needs of the pupil.
A compassionate, patient, and professional attitude to support the pupil's development and well-being.
Availability to work 1pm - 3:30pm daily in Selly Oak, Birmingham.
Experience with EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) is desirable.
