Our client, a busy haulage firm based in Snetterton are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Building effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Using CRM and inputting data
Skills
- Previous experience in a customer service and administration role is essential
- Good IT skills
- Good Communication skills
Hours -
Alternating weeks of - Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00 (1hr for lunch) and then Monday - Friday, 09:30 to 18:30 (1hr for lunch)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
