Sonic Summary

Our client, an innovative estate agency based near Maidstone, is seeking a Sales Progressor to join their team.
The role requires a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of £24,000 with an OTE of £30,000.
Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
The position involves managing a portfolio of properties and liaising with various stakeholders throughout the sales process.

Our client is an innovative, successful independent estate agency based outside of Maidstone. They’re looking for a Sales Progressor to join their busy, close-knit team.

Working hours:

As a Sales Progressor, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

The successful Sales Progressor will be offered:

£24,000 basic salary
£30,000 OTE

Sales Progressor requirements:

Brilliant attention to detail
Excellent communication
Great time management skills
Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure

The Sales Progressor duties will include, but not be limited to:

Looking after a manageable portfolio and exchanging a targeted number of properties
Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents
Update and maintain notes for your portfolio and keep clients updated with the process
Organising daily work
Chasing access calls, dealing with surveys and renegotiations
