I am partnered with a retailer who is seeking to find multiple customer service advisors to facilitate their huge spike in end of year online orders.  

This company thrives through Back Friday and the Christmas period. They are actively recruiting to find some high-quality customer service advisors to help process all the orders and deal with customer needs!

Day-to-day roles for the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Taking and processing orders submitted by customers
  • Responding and dealing with the live chat and the social media platforms
  • Dealing with customer returns and any order issues for customers

Required skills and qualifications for the Customer Service Advisor:

  • A good capability of typing out responses and dealing with incoming orders
  • Customer Service experience over the phone/dealing with inbound & outbound calls
  • Responding to customers with good grammar and spelling within your online interactions
  • Candidates must have good customer service and social media experience
  • A basic understanding of computers/IT, being able to type efficiently
