Estate Agent Client Care Consultant - Responsibilities:

As a Client Care Consultant you will play a crucial role in the Sales team. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive concise and thorough updates continuously.
• Delivering regular market updates and property performance reports.
• Liaising between buyers, solicitors and sellers on a daily basis.
• Managing negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Booking and hosting viewings.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and successful property transactions.

Estate Agent Client Care Consultant - Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A driven and target-focused attitude to work.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• A high level of organisation and independence.

Estate Agent Client Care Consultant - What’s on Offer?:

• £22,000 - £24,000 Basic Salary.
• £30,000+ On Target Earnings (Uncapped Commission!).
