My client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Deputy Manager to join their well-established nursing home located near Snodland, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in a large, reputable home that prides itself on delivering high-quality care, particularly for residents with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Clinical Manager in overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of the nursing home.
Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare assistants, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, maintaining a high standard of care and achieving excellent inspection results.
Use problem-solving skills to resolve challenges and improve service delivery.
Provide hands-on clinical support, including assessing and reviewing residents' care plans.
Promote a team-based, collaborative approach to care, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
Ensure the home is compliant with health and safety standards and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
NMC Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid pin.
Extensive dementia care knowledge and experience working with individuals living with dementia.
Strong understanding of CQC guidelines and experience working within a nursing home setting, ideally in a larger facility.
Proven leadership skills with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
A passion for delivering outstanding care and maintaining the well-being of residents.
