My client is seeking a systematic, detailed and supportive Cluster Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of two branded hotels.
What are the key tasks:
Full control of the month end processes
Prepare monthly management accounts
Monthly cashflow and Bank MI
Conduct monthly balance sheet reviews and reconciliations
Monthly bank, credit card, and cash reconciliations
Quarterly VAT Returns, including accounting for VAT on deposits and revenue adjustments.
Accounts receivable and accounts payable
3 month rolling forecasts
Capital and asset management
Payroll, Payee & BHSF payments
Pension payments
Supplier payments etc.
What do I need:
With a strong UK background in hotel self accounting at FC level, you'll have the opportunity to apply your operational/commercial skills as you manage a diverse range of financial tasks across all levels of the business.
