The Role
As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in driving the financial performance of the business. Working closely with senior management, you’ll be responsible for producing accurate and timely financial information, supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial targets
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights for decision-making
- Conduct variance analysis, offering recommendations to improve financial performance
- Assist with year-end audits and liaise with external auditors as required
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance function
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to support growth initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) or at finalist stages
- Proven experience in a management accounting role, ideally within a tech or telecoms sector
- Strong analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders
Salary and Package
- £45,000 - £50,000
