Mitchell Adam are currently recruiting for our long term client, a PE backed Manufacturing firm based in Solihull. Prior to their acquisition they were bounding from strength to strength in the European market, and have now solidified these routes and expanded into the American market. Due to this profound growth, we are looking for a personality driven and experienced Management Accountant to join this close knit team.
The ideal candidate for this position will have ideally already experienced the Manufacturing sector, and had exposure dealing with cost, inventory and the billing of materials. If not, they will have a passion for picking up new things and building on their skillset. Day to day you will be reporting into a qualified FC, and working alongside a production team to compile a detailed and accurate management pack for the parent business.
Skills Needed
- Previous exposure within the manufacturing sector would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- Be a confident individual, that enjoys being a personality in the office and with your stakeholders.
- Ideally, you will have been involved with process improvement, analysing costs or recognising revenue.
- It would be beneficial if you are immediately available or on a short notice.
