A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join a well-established growing organisation located in Birmingham on a permanent basis. Our client is looking for an ambitious account professional who's ready to take the next step in their career and join a progressive, fast-moving business.
The organisation has an established finance team and lots of plans for future growth, therefore this presents a fantastic opportunity to gain the first-class experience alongside your professional studies. As an Accounts Assistant, you will support the Management Accountant and Financial Controller and will even gain exposure with month end duties including accruals and prepayments.
Ideally, you will:
- Be actively studying towards AAT with the ambition and attention to complete them in the near future
- Have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and capacity to self-review and identify risks
- Good organisational skills; ability to prioritise tasks; effective time management capabilities due to multiple deadlines
- Be a great communicator and able to build and maintain internal and external relationships with stakeholders
