Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 8-4pm, 9-5pm, 10-6pm (if you decide to work 8-6pm you will accrue an additional days holiday each month)

  • You will need to be a motivated and organised Administrator with previous experience of either working in the Financial or another Corporate sector.
  • You will be supporting a busy and established team, where you will deal with a variety of incoming calls and Administration based duties so you will need to be flexible and confident.
  • Greeting visitors and diary management.
  • You will also be scheduling meetings, updating schedules and work planners.
  • Responding to emails and generating standard letters, making amendments where necessary so you will have great attention to detail.
  • The ideal person will also have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
