We currently have a vacancy for a FLEET COORDINATOR with our internationally renowned logistics/transport client in Solihull, Birmingham, B92. Pay is based on a salary of 30,358.09 pa (14.59ph)
Hours of work: 40 hours (Apply online only)/(Apply online only))
Days of work: Monday to Friday
Pay: paid hourly 14.59ph
Duties:
- Capturing vehicle for services / MOTs
- Ensure the fleet remains compliant and roadworthy
- Dealing with service providers
- Chasing and checking paperwork
- Booking in vehicle services and MOTs
- Data entry
- Following correct processes to audit standard
Required:
-UK Road Haulage experience (ideal candidate will have worked in a transport office environment)
- May suit an experienced transport office clerk looking to futher their career
- Computer Skills (Word/Excel)
- Good Telephone Manner
- Ability and willingness to work full-time hours
- Access to transport or be able to commute to Solihull, Birmingham, B92
