- Handle daily administrative tasks to support the sales team.
- Managing customer accounts and maintaining excellent customer service at all times
- Generate and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and send technical quotations to customers, addressing enquiries and providing necessary information.
- Prepare and present reports for the sales team and customers
- Interact with customers and suppliers, building relationships and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Experience in a technical sales administration role
- Understanding of Engineering Tolerances would be beneficial
- CAD/Drawing experience – ability to understand technical drawings
- Experience of communicating with customers by telephone or face to face
- Confident speaking with clients
- Ability to be proactive and use initiative
- Computer literate - A very good knowledge of MS Word/Excel and Outlook.
- A good knowledge of Sage would be advantageous
- Salary of up to £28,000
