Our client in the Solihull area are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join their fun and vibrant team on a temporary basis - which will go permanent for the right candidate!

Role & Responsibilities:
- Sales order processing
- Maintaining and developing relationships with customers
- Monitoring group inboxes
- Liaising with customers and colleagues to resolve technical queries.
- Making accurate cost calculations in order to provide customers with quotations
- Data input and analysis using MS Excel
- Manipulating data to allow importing and exporting of data
- Tracking costs and negotiating with suppliers to ensure budgets are met
- Processing orders with supply chain for products and materials
- Printing, organising and distributing manufacture files and labels
- Maintaining stock control and re-order levels
- Assisting with Goods Out administration,
- Ensuring all relevant administration systems are accurate and updated appropriately
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to start immediately
- Proficient with MS Excel, with the ability to input formulas.
- Keen attention to detail, with data analysis experience.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly but professional telephone manner.
