Our client in the Solihull area are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join their fun and vibrant team on a temporary basis - which will go permanent for the right candidate!

MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Sales order processing
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with customers
  • Monitoring group inboxes
  • Liaising with customers and colleagues to resolve technical queries.
  • Making accurate cost calculations in order to provide customers with quotations
  • Data input and analysis using MS Excel
  • Manipulating data to allow importing and exporting of data
  • Tracking costs and negotiating with suppliers to ensure budgets are met
  • Processing orders with supply chain for products and materials
  • Printing, organising and distributing manufacture files and labels
  • Maintaining stock control and re-order levels
  • Assisting with Goods Out administration,
  • Ensuring all relevant administration systems are accurate and updated appropriately

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to start immediately
  • Proficient with MS Excel, with the ability to input formulas.
  • Keen attention to detail, with data analysis experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly but professional telephone manner.
