Butler Rose is working alongside our top FTSE250 Facilities Management client based in Birmingham in their search for an Accounts Clerk to join their Query Management Team. This is a temporary role up until 30th June 2025 and will pay £12.21 per hour to the successful candidate. The candidate will need to be fully in the office for week 1 for training, but after that they are happy to work 3 days from home and 2 days in the office, the 2 days in the office will need to be Tuesdays and Thursdays.Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join their fast-paced team to support with Purchase Order and Invoice Query Resolution, across one of their Government Contracts. Responsibilities: * Support managing a shared mailbox, responding to Internal and External Queries, effectively following escalation procedures and communicating in an extremely professional manner. * Provide effective analysis of Data between systems to ensure continuity. * Ensure Systems are kept up to date. * Provide support and reports to the contract and Line Manager as required. * Maintain professional dialogue with suppliers keeping them informed of what is required to facilitate smooth running of their Accounts. * Work closely with fellow colleagues and ensure continuous service to all internal clients. * Covering other members of the team for holidays and sickness absences. * Run cyclical and ad-hoc reports from the Coupa System. Knowledge Skills & Experience: * Good knowledge of Facilities Management preferrable but not necessary. * Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management. * Excellent written and verbal Communication skills. * Good knowledge of MS Excel, experience using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables preferred but not essential. * Good Knowledge of other Microsoft Packages including MS Outlook. * Demonstrable experience of using Coupa and Maximo preferred but not essential. * Good analytical knowledge and attention to detail is key. * An ability to evaluate, identify root cause, draw conclusion, and effectively communicate 'problem cause and remedy' We can offer you a full insight and job description on applying, please don't delay with your application.
