A well-known, Legal firm are searching for a new Accounts Receivable Clerk. Sitting in a fantastic team, you will gain exposure to new areas of finance as well as liaising with teams outside the finance function. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within finance and Accounts Receivable.

In this role you will be responsible for the day to day running of your own client accounts, including checking statements, posting bills and client monies. Along with this you will work collaboratively with the rest of the team ensuring all client accounts are up to date and queries are resolved. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, as you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, as well as the ability to prioritise different workloads.

You will be an integral part of a loyal, fast-paced team, to provide the best services to all clients.

Skills required

  • Experience within a similar position with knowledge of bank reconciliations is beneficial, however exposure to a finance related role is essential.
  • A great understanding of Microsoft Excel to ensure all spreadsheet are correct and up to date, as well as a knowledge of accountancy software.
  • Have great time management and organisational skills to hit deadlines and manger high voluminous work, as well as taking full responsibility for different processes.
  • The ability to work autonomously, with close attention to detail, ensuring all information is checked and correct.
