THE ROLE

As the Lead Analyst , you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's data-driven decision-making process. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of the BI function and lead a talented team of BI professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering Insights: Create and maintain real-time dashboards that provide key operational and performance insights for the center department.
  • Ownership: Act as the go-to expert for all things BI across the business, supporting stakeholders from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts, ensuring high-quality output and fostering professional development within your team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and IT, to ensure data solutions align with business goals and improve efficiency.
  • Scaling the BI Function: Identify opportunities to optimize processes, introduce new tools, and expand the reporting capabilities of the organization.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Strong BI Expertise: Extensive experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI (other tools also considered).
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of line management, mentoring, or leading a team of BI professionals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels, simplifying complex data insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical Mindset: A results-driven approach with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Coding Skills: Proven experience working with large data-sets using SQL and preferably Python/Databricks.
