Our client is a successful law firm looking for an Administrator to join their growing organisation at their site in Birmingham Business Park, Solihull.
Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for the wider teams
- Manage and maintain team schedules and business records
- Prepare, proofread and distribute internal and external communications
- Organise meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organising catering when necessary
- Handle client enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members on special projects as required
- Ensure that all procedures and policies are adhered to
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- High proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently
- Can commute to Birmingham Business Park, Solihull
