Our Contact Centre is staffed by highly skilled and experienced telemarketers, supported by onsite Trainers providing continual professional development and support.

Our Client works with a range of clients across the public, private, and third sectors. Our telemarketing experience is broad, including surveys, lead generation, awareness raising, appointment setting, database building, and more.

Benefits: £12.50 p/hr
  • Clear Salary Structure: We value our staff and offer a structured pay system to ensure transparency and reward.

  • Commission & Bonuses: Earn between £125 - £225 per month (£1,500 - £2,700 per year) depending on hours worked. We offer both weekly and monthly bonuses.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Contact a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments, generate leads, update company information, and complete telephone surveys.

  • Confidently deliver calls to senior decision-makers such as MDs, FDs, HR Directors, and Marketing Directors.

  • Achieve a dial target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on the campaign).

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, making outbound calls.

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull.
