Our Client works with a range of clients across the public, private, and third sectors. Our telemarketing experience is broad, including surveys, lead generation, awareness raising, appointment setting, database building, and more.

Contact a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments, generate leads, update company information, and complete telephone surveys.

Confidently deliver calls to senior decision-makers such as MDs, FDs, HR Directors, and Marketing Directors.

Achieve a dial target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on the campaign).

Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.

Experience in a similar role, making outbound calls.

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
