TELEMARKETER 

MONDAY - THURSDAY: 08.00 - 16.00 & FRIDAY: 08.00 - 14.00 (CAN BE FLEXIBLE)

£12.50 PER HOUR BASIC

People Solutions are looking for candidates interested in a B2B telemarketing role to fill an outbound calling position conducting Market Research.

Day to Day Duties

Working as a Telemarketer for our client you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting unscripted telephone appointment making and data cleansing
  • Research and leading generation campaigns throughout the UK and Europe on behalf of clients
  • Carry out unscripted telephone calls on behalf of clients
  • Answer questions about product specifications
  • Book appointments with relevant prospects
  • Complete data cleansing activities
  • Carry out market research into various industries
  • Provide input into lead generation campaigns of various makeups

Essential Skills

As a Telemarketer it is essential that you have:

  • Previous Telesales/Outbound calling or Telemarketing experience: must be on your CV to be considered for the role
  • Ability to work to targets: call volumes, conversations and leads
  • Time management skills
  • Client liaison and good customer service
  • A team and self-motivated mentality
  • Team player
  • Computer literate including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
  • Planning and organisational skills

Desirable Experience

  • If you have worked in a Customer Service role where you have had an upsell/cross sell sales target this will be beneficial
