As part of a talented brigade you will be serving food of a high quality under the guidance of an experienced Head Chef. Salary & Benefits
- Salary to £30k + tips worth 3-4k
- 3 nights off per week

The Role
- Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
- Working to AA Rosette level in the kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
- Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service plus events and functions
The Person
- You will already be a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen environment
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
- Have experience of working with all fresh food ideally to AA rosette level or above
- Looking for career opportunity.
