- The role requires working 5 out of 7 days a week, totaling 40 hours per week, with a salary of £45,000 and overtime in lieu.
- Candidates must have at least 12 months of experience as a Chef Manager or Head Chef in a large venue, ideally at a 2 rosette level.
- The ideal candidate should be a driven, innovative, and passionate chef with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Additional requirements include a clear CV, two years of professional references, and access to Food Level 2 or higher in Food Safety/Food Hygiene.

Will be a driven, team oriented, innovative, passionate, forward-thinking and creative Chef
Must have a clear CV which outlines relevent experience, and able to provide 2 years worth of professional references.
Should have a can do attitude, be a team player, be enthusiastic, have excellent communication and timekeeping skills
Experienced in and/or have certification and/or food allergens, intolerances, food groups etc
Shall have access to Food Level 2 or higher in Food Safety / Food Hygiene
