Our client is a well established hotel in the Midlands. They now require a true Exec Chef that has worked within a multi faceted hotel and has had a restaurant of a minimum 3 rosette level under their leadership previously. Our client needs a high quality, well rounded Exec Chef to take ownership of the food operation and provide guidance, support and inspiration to the fine dining Head Chef & the Banqueting Head Chef and ensure that the food produced across the hotel continues to move forwards. To that end, we are searching for a highly organised Executive Head Chef to drive the growth of the business in all areas back-of-house.

This is an 'Hands-on" Exec Chef role

What qualities & experience are we looking for in the successful Executive Head Chef?

  • Highly organised
  • Multi-rosette/Michelin background - MINIMUM 3 ROSETTE
  • Expert knowledge of food safety, health and safety, HACCP and recipe costing
  • Passion and drive
  • Experience in events - cooking to volume
