Tonic are recruiting for a Head Chef to join our client's multi-outlet operation in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a good blend of fresh food and volume experience throughout their career. This exciting role as Head Chef will oversee large meetings, events and exhibitions of up to 500 people.Essential qualities for Head Chef applicants to be considered:

  • 5+ years at Senior Sous level and above
  • Experience within restaurants, venues, hotels, and/or event catering
  • A confident leader of people with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends, flavours, and food design
  • A Head Chef who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
