- My client, an Upmarket Brasserie Style Restaurant, part of a Luxury 4* Boutique Hotel based on the outskirts of Solihull, is looking for a Talented Sous Chef to join the team and help deliver its Popular, Fresh Food concept, further building on the reputation its established as a Top Foodie Destination.

- Utilising Outstanding Local Produce which showcases The Best of The Midlands,
guests come to this property to experience Simple Dishes Cooked Incredibly Well, with a dash of creativity!

- As Sous Chef, youll have the opportunity to Grow into a Head Chef Position with the support of an Incredibly Knowledgeable Executive Chef.

- Youll also manage a junior team who combine tremendous talent with a real desire to improve and progress their own careers. Taking a firm interest in their personal development is essential.
