Sous Chef Birmingham Luxury Hotel Temp Live In
A Sous Chef isrequired for a stunning hotel located close to the vibrant city of Birmingham.

Unfortunately, this role does not offer sponsorship, and we can only accept applications from candidates with the right to work in the UK.

The property is a vibrant country house, set in acres of woodland and providing stunning views of the countryside.

The interior is beautifully appointed, tastefully celebrating original features such as exposed wooden beams while creating a modern and comfortable environment in the restaurant, with large windows offering excellent views and creating a bright, open dining area, as guests dine in luxury.

You must have Junior Sous or Sous Chef experience within an a la carte or fresh food kitchen, and unfortunately without this experience, your application cannot be considered.

As Sous Chef, you will:
  • Work under a talented Head Chef within a professional kitchen
  • Be working across all sections as required and as Sous Chef your role will be to liaise closely with the Head Chef and provide a link to the other chefs in the brigade, ensuring everyone is working to an exceptional standard at all times
  • Be expected to have good creative flair and a real passion for your work
  • Working within an experienced and very busy brigade
