Sous Chef wanted for this well-established Brasserie style restaurant located within a luxury hotel - Hogarths Hotel Solihull. You will be working closely with the Executive Head Chef who is from a fine dining/Michelin background.As aSous Chefyou must be passionate and have a background in a similar environment. Rosette experience will be beneficial, as the team will be pushing for accolades. You will have a very good understanding of British cuisine, menu development, food costing, rota, and managing a brigade of junior chefs. You will be creative, supportive, and collaborate with your Executive Head Chef. You will be joining the team at an exciting time, as we will be also launching a new fine dining restaurant at the beginning of the next year.
