Spinks are partnered with a global leader in the Veterinary Services space who are looking to bolster their team with an experienced Applications Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 3rd Line support for a range of applications and systems, ensuring high performance and stability.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects, focusing on product & platform integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Optimise system performance and automate business processes
• Maintain databases, integrations, and ensure data security best practices
• Document processes and implement service improvements across applications.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years in Service Desk roles, ideally with 2+ years in 2nd/3rd Line Application Support.
• Application Development and SaaS configuration.
• PowerShell, SQL, and data integrations.
• Microsoft Azure + DevOps, Azure Logic App or similar
• CyberSec fundamentals

Key Details:

• 50,000 - 60,000/year
• Hybrid Working
• 2 Stage Interview process
