Contracts Sales Manager - Leading Leisure Operator West Midlands £35,000 OTE

We are looking for a Contracts Sales Manager for a leading leisure operator in the West Midlands, looking after sites in the Birmingham Area.

This is a full time role with a great basic salary and an excellent up-capped monthly bonus plus benefits.

We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission. We are on the lookout for a talented Contract Sales Manager to take on this vital role across the three sites in Solihull and Bromsgrove.

This is an opportunity to join a growing company with excellent prospects for development and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Leisure Management and great leadership skills and also:

  • Have the ability to lead successful outreach and lead generation campaigns
  • Be expected to lead by example in delivering sales calls and selling memberships
  • Be able to manage their team on their sales, productivity and lead generation campaigns at multiple sites
  • Be an influential leader, capable of developing and constantly inspiring their team to deliver more
  • Be able to execute a marketing strategy, as well as achieving monthly sales and income targets
  • Be a positive person, with a can do attitude and a hands-on approach
  • Ensure all company standard operating procedures are implemented and followed This role will involve travelling between sites.

  • Monthly bonus of £400+
