Red Recruitment is recruiting a Graduate Sales Advisor to join a telecoms and technology company who are recognised as a leader in their field. The ideal candidate will be a University graduate looking to kick start their career in IT sales. The salary for this position is £25,000 and also contains many benefits. This position is located in Solihull.

Key Responsibilities of a Graduate Sales Advisor:

  • Calling businesses as potential new clients and being responsible for converting these calls to sales appointments
  • Achieving set sales targets and objectives with a strong desire to exceed targets
  • Becoming an expert in the products and services to ensure a solution lead and consultative approach to sales
  • Calling through a list of untouched clients trying to identify missed opportunity
  • Understanding customer needs and selling to them the associated relevant product or service
  • Adding value by positively and enthusiastically discussing the brands values, products and services to ensure a professional image is provided at all times

Key Skills and Experiences of a Graduate Sales Advisor:

  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree (this is not essential but is advantageous)
  • Must be sales driven ambitious, and eager to meet targets
