Middlemore are working with a Professional Services firm in Solihull who are looking to hire a Sales Executive. Our client has experience at least 50% YOY growth for the past five years, and are now looking to add headcount to their high performing Sales team. This role will suit ambitious and money motiovated individuals who are proactoive and welcome personal and professional development. You'll needd to be independant and have a desire to keep pushing forward. The role is based on site in Soliull 5 days per week, but our client does boast a stunning workidng environment set in the countryside (meniong you'll need you're own transport for commuting)Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for prospecting, generating, and closing your own sales leads, building strong relationships with potential customers, and driving the growth of our business. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Prospecting & Lead Generation:
  • Identify and target potential customers through various methods, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media.
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified leads by researching and understanding the needs of potential clients
  • Utilise CRM tools to track and manage lead progre
Closing Sales:
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Handle objections and provide solutions to close sales effectively.
  • Prepare and present quotes and contracts to prospects.
Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure continued business and referrals.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and management to share feedback and insights from the field.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with sales activities, forecast pipeline, and progress reports.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to team goals and strategies.
